Project Title: Tech4Life Consortium – Project to support the management and operation of Regional Clusters – Second edition

The Project:

A network growth project that aims to consolidate the activities offered by our organisation: from collaboration with other clusters, districts and training institutions to the organisation of events for partners.
The following are the thematic areas that will be developed following the implementation of the action plan:

  • consolidation of RIR governance and management;
  • networking opportunities to foster synergies and new partnerships;
  • network communication to reach more stakeholders;
  • performance through monitoring of actions taken;
  • enhancement of S3 technological trajectories;
  • development of systems for knowledge management, dissemination and enhancement of research results;
  • training and transfer of new skills;
  • collaboration with regional and extra-regional systems;
  • international partnerships.

The improvement of these areas aims to promote the development of companies in the Tech4Life network.
